We will replace a defective product within 30 days of your receipt of the item.

If you are not pleased with your Pearl Guys jewelry, you may return it within seven days for store credit or a refund. If a product is returned for a refund, the product must be in its original packing and in like-new condition. There is a $10 restocking charge on each item returned for refund or credit.
